In 2017, Dutch companies paid over 34 million euros in burnout related care. More than 17% of employees experience burn-out symptoms: that means 1,3 million people in the Netherlands show signs of or have severe burnouts. This number is highest in people between the ages of 25 and 34.

A combination of yin & hatha yoga and movement.
This workshop focuses on bodily awareness, calming the mind and therefore being present in the body, feeling your center, de-stress and mindfulness.
A combination of yin, restorative yoga and yoga nidra.
This workshop is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating practice. Specially suitable for employees with stress related symptoms. It is more a meditative form of yoga where you not only relax and restore on a deep level, but also really connect with yourself.
For those who want more. We offer long-term programs to help your people to get to a better place personally and as a company.
The group program consists of three types of practices. All practices can be combined or tailor made to your company’s needs. We will also provide exercises your people can do at home or during work hours for optimal result.
