During the intake we look into what approach fits you best, as there is no one-size-fits-all. We will use the model as a foundation to create a personalized program intuned with your goals, wants and needs.
For example, we find out that movement is the way for you to (re)connect to your body. The approach will therefore be build around yoga and complemented with for instance breathwork and reiki (or any other principle of the model for that matter).
