When was the last time you had a few days for yourself? To fully relax and (re)connect with yourself without feeling guilty or having obligations? Time to just rest, feel, reflect, read, sleep and do yoga. While also discovering a magical island, laugh and have fun!
Feel welcome and join yoga teacher Melanie (Melt) and coach Alexandra (Zachte Krachten) for 6 days of healing yoga and nourishing food at a balancing retreat. You will relax, connect with your body, nourish your senses and yourself. Practitioners of all levels are warmly welcome.
Our beautiful finca is located in the north-east of Ibiza. The tranquil garden is included with a private pool and the beach is just 6 minutes’ walk away!
The morning sessions are more active to boost your yang energy. Every day we start with meditation and an energizing practice (yoga, work-out or hike). After lunch you have time to explore the island, relax on the beach or at the pool. In addition, you can book personal treatments such as massages, breathwork-, reiki-, or coaching sessions. We close the afternoon with a relaxing and nourishing yin (restorative) yoga or yoga nidra practice to revitalize your yin energy.
During the retreat all meals, snacks and drinks are biological and vegetarian and prepared by our private chef. The meals will do more for your body than just ‘feed’. You will experience the boost of energy when you are eating the balanced, healthy and delicious meals of our chef.
After this invigorating week you go home and feeling relaxed, restored and renewed.

The shared rooms have twin beds.
€100-, early bird discount if you book before March 1st 2020.
A deposit of € 497-, is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance due 6 weeks before the retreat.

Melanie is a certified yoga teacher. Throughout the years she deepened herself in Western and Eastern yoga and healing philosophy. Melanie feels that letting people relax and therefore creating space in the body and mind, is the first step in connecting to yourself. Her teaching style is a combination of mindful yin, restorative and yoga nidra complemented with breathwork, sensing and energywork. During her teachings she loves to guide people in softness on a journey through their body.
Alexandra is owner of “Zachte Krachten” where she applies the healing effect of deep relaxation and balance. After a career as leadership developer she focusses on personal growth, deep relaxation and healing.The methods she uses are a combination of coaching, reflection, Reiki, meditation, breathwork, sound, essences and healing. Her sessions, private and group are a deep relaxing and healing experience, where you will feel refreshed, relaxed and renewed.
Diana creates healthy vegan and vegetarian meals, made with love. A mixture of plant based and Ayurvedic food that taste great, inspires and educates. She cooks with local biological seasonal products from the Island.
Diego is personal trainer and life coach. During his sessions he works with all parts of the body. He uses functional movements combined with strenght exercises and a bit of high intensity workouts. As being a life coach as well he also works beyond the physicial and let you reconnect body, mind and soul.
Kasia works as an embodiment breath coach and lives in Ibiza. She is trained in biodynamic breath and trauma release as well as coaching. She guides people to come back to their bodies and to the here and now.
During her breathing sessions she helps your body to unfreeze layers of accumulated tension to allow yourself to connect to your true being.
